Couldn’t agree more. I feel like many people are intimidated by reading specs and regulations but often they are way more consumable than they get credit for. While it is a skill in its own right that is learned with practice being able to reference the source rather than a third hand account of someone that read something from someone that read something from someone else that read the spec is extremely useful and nothing gets lost in translation.
